Team NOEL had a farewell party for Gawon who will start new journey in NY. She will graduate soon with getting Master degree and move to new university in US for her next step. To remember her dedication and to support her future, we had a farewell party for Gawon. It was very meaningful and cheerful time. We will miss you Gawon, and will continue to root for you.

Invited to talk and presented a poster at 4th ReNewPV + 16th European Kesterite Conference
There are 4th ReNewPV + 16th European Kesterite Conference held in Tallinn, Estonia, 17th of June. Professor Yang was invited to give a speech about his recent research field, molecular ink engineering, at the conference. Many people attended to learn about progress in molecular ink engineering. As well as, Ha Neul presented disorder engineering research at the conference.

SKKU posted research results of team NOEL.
Sungkyunkwan University(SKKU) posted the impact of the research about utilizing disorder engineering in low-powered AI chip, which team NOEL coworked with Professor Saebyuk Jo's lab. Farewell party for Dr. Park
Dr. Park who joined NOEL since 2023 gave a talk about his last presentation during Journal club on 29th of May. He summerized his research agenda and shared what he earned by joining team NOEL. It was very special moment because he is finalizing life in SKKU and will start new journey in MIT, Boston. Thank you for your serving and work in NOEL, and we are looking forward to meeting you again with good news :)

Joining 2026 TeX-Corps
Minjae and Minju attended 2026 TeX-Corps from 15th - 17th, May. TeX-Corps is a programme where teaches know-how to build a start-up team within lab system of University. Various field experts joined this programme for mentoring of each team. It was a nice opportunity to learn how to connect technology in the lab to the market.

Attending 2026 MRS Spring Meeting & Exhibit
NOEL's key members (Jaemin, Jisu, Minjae, Youngeun) had attended 2026 MRS Spring meeting which held April 26–May 1 in Honolulu, Hawai‘i. Professor Yang gave a talk about carbon capturing during SIEST
There was 2026 SIEST international forum held during April 20-21, 2026. Professor Yang invited as a speaker to talk about his recent research of carbon capturing.
